With the strategic harnessing of light and stealthy kinetics, arrangements of plastic bottles project ornate silhouettes. Our perception of these objects is altered by the tandem challenge of re-contextualization and animation. Landry describes the mouvelle, a paradigm for the existence of the work, as ‘a continually renewed flow of time – a space-time continuum imposed by the work’s very nature.’
