Montral artist, Milutin Gubash’s collaborative and highly theatrical photo and video projects imagine how various forms of common (often banal and disappointing) social relations might be regenerated and transformed through the individual creative acts of protagonists and interlocutors. Milutin Gubash
Milutin Gubash has exhibited extensively in North America since he received his MFA from Concordia University in 2000. Recent solo exhibitions include Gallery 44 (Toronto), Galerie VU (Quebec City, for Manif D’Art 3), Musee D’Art Contemporain de Montral, Mendel Art Gallery (Saskatoon), and group exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Alberta (Edmonton), Strand-On-Volta (Washington D.C.) and Dare-Dare (Montral). Gubash lives in Chambly, Quebec.
